More Information:

Our meetups are relaxed and designed to make all men feel welcome and comfortable. We have designed our groups with as much comfortability in mind and you are welcome to openly discuss your mental health, speak with others or say nothing at all.

We pride ourselves on our three values; No Pressure, No Judgement, No Stigma. This is the experience we want each man to expect and receive.

At our meetups; free Tea and Coffee will be available as we want you to be as comfortable and relaxed as if you were at home. With Paul Carpenter facilitating the Tonyrefail group we will benefit from being hosted by a local man who knows the area and has dealt with their mental health too. You are welcome to come alone or bring along another male friend as we believe you must feel comfortable to open up, but there is no pressure to speak, you are welcome to listen or have general conversation not mental health related.

We hope to see you at a group soon, and if we do we hope you become a regular, no pressure, no judgement, no stigma.

We ask you are mindful of people’s privacy and respect the confidentiality of everyone attending including any disclosures or information shared, thank you.
